CALLING ALL SKILLED ELECTRICIANS! We’re Summit Service Solutions, with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. We’re growing and seek to hire experienced Commercial Electricians to work on new construction sites in and around Lancaster, PA.

Summit Service Solutions is building talent pipelines to meet future hiring demands. This is a pipeline role, where there might not be an immediate placement opportunity, but we would like to build relationships with interested, and qualified individuals for future placement. These are full-time positions where you’ll earn $26 - $30 an hour, depending on your experience. Plus, working with Summit Service Solutions means you’ll enjoy a benefits package that includes:

To work as an electrician with us, you must have at least 4 years of Commercial electrical experience, a valid Driver’s license, and reliable transportation. We also require you to:

• Have your own hand tools and basic power tools to bring to work.
• Be able to correctly run and bend Rigid conduits. Hydraulic bending experience is a plus!
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds, when needed.
• Comply with OSHA safety procedures and the National Electrical Code (NEC). An OSHA certification is preferred but not required.
• Consent to a drug screen. We are a drug-free company.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
