Our HVAC Technicians can expect to earn $25 - $32 an hour, depending on experience. Plus, working with Summit Service Solutions means you’ll enjoy a benefits package that includes:

Job responsibilities include:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adjust system controls and perform testing to verify system functionality and efficiency.
• Safely handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other trades on new construction and renovation projects.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

To work with us as a HVAC Technician, you must have at least 4 years of Commercial HVAC experience, a valid Driver’s license, and reliable transportation. We also require you to:

• Have your own hand tools and basic power tools to bring to work.
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds, when needed.
• Comply with OSHA safety procedures.
• Consent to a drug screen. We are a drug-free company.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
