You’ll earn $19.50-$22.50 an hour, depending on your experience, with the potential for a higher rate for candidates with significant concrete experience. Plus, when you work with us, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that includes:

As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks including mixing and pouring concrete, setting forms, tying rebar, and preparing footers and foundations. You will also be tending to water pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment and:

• Lubricating, cleaning, and repairing machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Assisting equipment operators and concrete finishers.
• Loading, unloading, and distributing materials, machinery, and tools.
• Building and dismantling concrete framework.
• Pouring concrete into forms or onto designated areas, using chutes or other methods to direct the flow.
• Vibrating concrete to remove air pockets and achieve the desired density.
• Preparing concrete surfaces to meet concrete surface finish requirements.
• Inspecting concrete for consistency, surface finish and adherence to project specifications.

To qualify for these positions, you must have at least 1 year of concrete labor experience, the ability to lift and move 100 pounds, prior experience using hand and power tools, and a High School diploma or GED.
