Performance Objectives

• Execute high-quality electrical installations by accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring compliance with all project specifications and safety standards.
• Install and bend various types of conduit including EMT, Rigid, and IMC with precision using hand and mechanical benders.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, minimizing downtime and enhancing project success.
• Ensure systems meet National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements through rigorous testing and inspection.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other trades to optimize project timelines and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in commercial electrical construction, demonstrating mastery in conduit installation and system troubleshooting.
• Proficient in understanding and implementing electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when required and work in various environments.
• Must own and bring standard electric hand tools and OSHA-compliant PPE to job sites.
• Must comply with OSHA and NEC standards; OSHA certification is a plus.
