Performance Objectives

• Safely construct, maintain, and repair transmission and distribution power lines within established guidelines and standards.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve outages and electrical system malfunctions swiftly, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate efficiently with a dedicated team to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to tight schedules.
• Execute complex rigging tasks, ensuring safe and efficient use of hoists, winches, and ropes for line installations.
• Maintain vigilant adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company safety policies, consistently achieving zero safety incidents.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress, delays, or safety concerns promptly.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Lineman certification with a minimum of three years of field experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and power systems.
• Proven experience with the use of lineman tools and aerial bucket trucks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
